Eligibility : 
Four year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Management/Economics/Science/Engineering/ or any Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of managerial/executive/teaching experience in a recognized institution or
professional or any other qualification with relevant experience approved by the University Senate

Selection of candidates : 
Candidates are required to sit an entrance examination. Eligible candidates will be called for interviews.

Applications can be obtained from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Kelaniya personally or by post by forwarding a receipt of payment of Rs. 250 to any Branch of the People’s Bank to
Account Number 055-1-001-1-0667549. Application forms can also be downloaded from the web and should be accompanied with the receipt of Rs 250 payment. Duly completed applications should be sent to “The Senior Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Kelaniya, on or before 30th September. Please indicate Registration for MBA degree 2010 “on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

Entery Requrements:
Bachelor's degre from a recognized university with a minimum of three(3) years executive experince
or
Professional Qualification in Human resource Management (PQHRM)with five years of work experince in HRM
or
National Diploma in Human resource Management of The Institute of Personal Management,Sri lanka with five years of work experience in HRM
or
CEO with  five years of work experience
or
Any other Professional Qualification acceptable to the Senate of the Open  University of Sri Lanka(OUSL)

Duration: 2 years
