Eligibility Requrements:
M.A. in Buddhist Studies  - A Degree from a recognized University with at least one of the following subjects
                                          Pali,Buddhist Culture, Buddhist Philosophy or Pracina Pundit final examination  
                                          or  Postgraduate Diploma in Buddhist Studies from a recognized University.


M.A. in Pali                      -A Degree from a recognized University with Pali as a subject or Pracina
                                          Pundit    final Examination


M.A. in Sanskit                 -A Degree from a recognized University with Sanskit as a subject or Pracina
                                          Pundit    final Examination

 M.A. in Sinhala               -A Degree from a recognized University with Sinhala as a subject or Pracina
                                          Pundit    final Examination

Medium of Study :  Sinhala/English

To Obtain Application Forms:
Those who wish to obtain application forms,in Person could do so,on weekdays before 3.00 p.m.Upon payment of Rs 100/= to the Receptionist,Buddhist And Pali University of Sri Lanka,214,Bauddhaloka Mawatha,Colombo 07.
Issuing of Application forms will be closed on 02/12/2010

For Sri lankan Candidate Application Fee  :Rs 100.00
For Foreign  Candidate                             :US$5

Those who wish to obtain application forms by post should send a bank draft to the credit of A/C No 711202 Bank of Ceylon,Homagama with a self addressed envelop.

Duly perfected applications should be sent under register cover to,
